An Appetizer must have. These garlic graters are a yummy and useful way to add some flavor to you life. Simply take a glove of garlic and rub it over the grated surface (I find it easier to hold it vertical.) From there you can put the garlic paste in a pan and cook with it. You can also add olive oil, pesto or any other seasoning to the dish and make a yummy dip for bread.
